hello!hello!

i have not forgotten,nor forsaken you my little blog.

what have i been busying myself with this week?!well,if you MUST know…..this week is super special.one of the few i cherish and relish as each year enfolds.ever since i could remember,ive been glued to the tv screen for hours on end;gazing in amazement at these beautiful animals.whenever that first saturday of may lumbers by,i get giddy like a 5 year old child.

this week,is Derby week!

i would mass kill……or maybe just sell some lemonade(lets keep this dream G-rated.)to attend 1,just 1 Derby Week in person.all the parades,the celebrations,anticipation,the colors,the pictures,and of course,the horses and racing!!ugh,i.want.to.experience.it! 

even though i cant take all these adjectives in in person,i do frequently visit several websites;jammed packed with pictures,making it feel almost as if i were one of the thousands.

i first considered posting one pic and saying why i liked/loved it.but how totally boring would that be…………………….yeah,REALLY.SsSsOoOoO……….ive decided to recycle an idea i used….not so long ago.

tune those vocal chords!!!

and now……the moment youve……well,I have been waiting for……..my derby pick!!!………….my horse,who hopefully will do MUCH better then my last pick,is…….  

Dialed In!!!!!sheeewwww.this year was so hard to find just 1 good horse.but Dialed In just stood out from early on.

he’s a kentucky native horse who’s trained by a new yorker.2 thumbs up from me!hes unbeaten as a 3 year old,winning!and he’s showing no signs of stopping.it also doesnt hurt that he’s currently the favorite for the Derby. :)

im soooooo beyond ecstatic for saturday.dont even think of attempting to unglue me from that TV screen.if you try,i’ll simply poke you with a whip……or maybe my fingers.
