this team really is a bunch of wacky,hilarious,kid-at-heart guys.

aside from the 1 or 2 costumed individuals,this year’s media day was pretty tame.if that even seems bELIevable.

greetings Giants nation,remember me?!nope.i didnt die…..life has just been preventing blogging.but,that doesnt mean i havent been witnessing the Gmen’s unbELIevable journey to redemption.

unlike the past 2 1st monday after week 17 monday’s,im overwhelmed with excitement,pride,and complete happiness.they finally did it.

playoffs,we’re bbbbaaaaaaAAAAAAAcccccckkkkkk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!……………for realz,you have NO idea how much ive been wanting to say that.soooo,instead of me attempting to recap last night’s game and close out this roller coaster of a season with my pitiful vocabulary,a lyrical idea lightbulbed into my head while i attempted to sleep last night.i have this thing for using songs as ways to describe and remember certain events and occasions.sssooooo,here’s my attempt of piecing various song lyrics together and create a wonderful definition for this 2011 season.

remember way back at the very,very,beginning moments of the season?!remember when we lost kevin,steve(traitor),and terrell?! 

remember when everyone reacted like this?!?!…………  

when the incredible mr.E said this?!……..  

remember when everyone claimed we wouldnt even contend for the NFC east title?!?!?!?! what did our GMEN do?! 

like lovers(songs words,not mine),they kept on the road they were on.

like runners,they kept running until the race was run. 

dreaming of when the morning comes. 

never doubting that one day,they were gunna get out.   

the season began with mixed signs.was the disaster year people claimed coming?!aside from some never doubting fans,the Giants bELIeved and shortly…wins happened.comeback after comeback,they got it done. 

you think you got the best of them. 

you think you had the last laugh

bet you think the best of them is gone.

but you didnt know them,cause your dead wrong.

and then that dreaded time of the season rolled up:2nd half. :S would the collapse happen yet again?!for awhile,it appeared that a collapse was all but eminent.but after a season saving victory in dallas,the giants came home,poised for a final charge for the playoffs.ending a season strong and advancing into the playoffs will never be and easy task for the giants,will it?!a home loss to the redskins had the giants needing 2 season defining victories. 

twas the day before christmas and the Giants were coming home

please tell me youve seen the NFL fantasy football commercial with the ‘bad day’ song.it’s hilarious and an exact depiction of how i feel right about now,aside from the shower scene.cant blog and shower. :P    

saddened,near depression.shocked.embarassed.plain and simply,defeated.why,WHY?!do the Giants do this to me?!?!?!one week,they play the most amazing,bELIeving,passionate football ive ever seen!only the next weekend,they show up and get their butts handed to them.oh how im craving for 1 season where i dont have to lose sleep at night; contemplating and over pondering WHAT! will happen to the Giants playoff chances.while these “final play of the final game” games are kinda exciting and make for historic moments,the time leading up to them are beyond excoriating. 

another question,have you seen eli’s post game interview yet?!it’s so eli-riffic.aside from the fact that eli is ELIte in the ‘supa fly wardrobe’ department,he can make any bad situation seem not so awful.ugh,i just adore him. :) 

well,im gunna distract myself from today by catching up on some Hawaii Five-O,aka,danny/steve time. :)
